DMCA Policy

Overview

BADDIES respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available on the BADDIES platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on the Service where the material is found.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake; (d) your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the courts in your district.

Repeat Infringers

BADDIES will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We define a repeat infringer as any user who has received three or more valid DMCA takedown notices. Termination may occur at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Response Time

We aim to process all valid DMCA takedown requests within 24-48 business hours of receipt. Counter-notifications are processed within 10-14 business days in accordance with the DMCA.
