Creator Agreement

1. Introduction
This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between BADDIES ("Platform") and the individual creating a creator account ("Creator"). This Agreement governs your use of the platform as a content creator and supplements the general Terms of Service.
2. Creator Eligibility
To become a Creator on BADDIES, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) complete the identity verification process including government-issued photo ID and biometric selfie verification; (c) provide accurate tax information as required by your jurisdiction; (d) maintain a valid payout method (bank account or cryptocurrency wallet); (e) agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
3. Content Rights & Licensing
You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to BADDIES. By uploading content, you grant BADDIES a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely within the platform and for marketing purposes related to your profile. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.
4. Revenue & Commission
Creators receive 80% of gross revenue generated from their content, including subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view purchases. BADDIES retains 20% as a platform commission. Revenue is calculated in real-time and displayed on your Creator Dashboard. The commission rate is fixed for the duration of this Agreement and cannot be changed without 90 days written notice.
5. Payout Terms
Payouts are available once your balance exceeds €50. You may request payouts at any time. Processing takes 1-5 business days depending on your selected payout method. BADDIES is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, cryptocurrency networks, or compliance holds. Tax withholding may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
6. Creator Stock
By becoming a Creator, you consent to the creation of a Creator Stock instrument tied to your profile. You understand that: (a) your stock price is determined by market forces and your performance metrics; (b) you may not trade your own stock or manipulate its price; (c) BADDIES is not responsible for fluctuations in your stock value; (d) Creator Stock is a speculative product and does not represent equity ownership in BADDIES or your business.
7. Content Guidelines
All content must comply with BADDIES Community Guidelines, applicable laws, and this Agreement. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal material, non-consensual imagery, content involving minors, extreme violence, hate speech, and fraud. Repeated violations will result in account suspension or permanent termination.
8. Exclusivity
This Agreement is non-exclusive. Creators are free to maintain accounts on other platforms. However, content uploaded to BADDIES may not be directly copied from or identical to content available for free on other platforms. Subscribers expect unique or premium content.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination: (a) all active subscriptions will be honored until expiration; (b) outstanding earnings will be paid within 30 days; (c) your content will be removed from the platform within 7 days; (d) your Creator Stock will be delisted and current holders will be compensated at the last traded price.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BADDIES, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your content; (b) your breach of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party right; (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
