Age Verification
All users must be at least 18 years of age. All creators undergo rigorous age verification before being permitted to upload content. We use industry-leading identity verification technology to confirm the identity and age of every creator. We employ a combination of government-issued ID verification and biometric facial matching to ensure compliance.
Content Moderation
BADDIES employs a combination of AI-powered content detection and human moderators who review content 24/7. All uploaded content is screened before publication. Our moderation team is trained to identify and remove content that violates our community guidelines, including illegal content, non-consensual imagery, and content involving minors.
KYC / AML Compliance
In accordance with international regulations, BADDIES implements comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. All investors and creators receiving payouts must complete identity verification. Transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies when required by law.
Data Protection (GDPR)
BADDIES is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We maintain detailed records of our data processing activities, have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), conduct regular Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.
Financial Regulation
Creator Stock and Platform Index investments are subject to applicable financial regulations. BADDIES operates transparently and provides clear risk disclosures to all investors. We maintain segregated accounts for customer funds and platform operational funds. Regular audits are conducted by independent third-party firms to ensure financial integrity.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates our policies, please report it immediately. Reports can be made via the in-app reporting function or by emailing compliance@joinbaddies.com. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our compliance team. We take every report seriously and will take appropriate action, including content removal and account suspension or termination.
Complaints Procedure
We have a formal complaints procedure in place. All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction. Complaints can be submitted to complaints@joinbaddies.com.
