Fan & Creator Agreement

1. Purpose
This Agreement governs the relationship between fans (subscribers/investors) and creators on the BADDIES platform. By using the platform as either a fan or a creator, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to the general Terms of Service.
2. Fan Obligations
As a fan, you agree to: (a) not redistribute, download, screenshot, or share creator content outside the platform; (b) treat all creators with respect and not engage in harassment or abusive behavior; (c) not attempt to contact creators outside the platform unless explicitly invited; (d) comply with all payment terms and not initiate fraudulent chargebacks; (e) understand that all investments carry risk and are made at your own discretion.
3. Creator Obligations
As a creator, you agree to: (a) only upload content that you own or have the rights to distribute; (b) maintain accurate profile information and comply with identity verification requirements; (c) not engage in misleading practices regarding subscription content; (d) comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; (e) not use the platform to promote illegal activities or services.
4. Content Licensing
Creators retain full ownership of their content. By uploading content to the platform, creators grant BADDIES a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content to authorized subscribers. Fans receive a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to view the content they have paid to access. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.
5. Revenue Sharing
Creators receive 80% of all subscription revenue generated from their content. BADDIES retains 20% as a platform fee. Payouts are processed monthly for balances exceeding €50. Creator Stock transactions are subject to separate fee structures as outlined in the investment terms. Revenue from tips and pay-per-view content follows the same 80/20 split.
6. Content Removal & Disputes
Either party may report content or behavior violations through our in-app reporting system. BADDIES will review all reports within 24 hours. Creators may remove their content at any time. In the event of a dispute between a fan and a creator, BADDIES will act as a neutral mediator and make a final decision based on the evidence provided and these terms.
7. Termination
Either fans or creators may terminate their use of the platform at any time. Upon termination by a creator, all active subscriptions will be honored until the end of the current billing period. Fans who terminate their accounts will lose access to all subscription content. Outstanding payouts will be processed within 30 days of account termination.
